You can have your harness sent and repaired here at Paramotor City Glider Shop. We have two special sewing machine we use just for harness and riser repair. We also use special UV thread and make sure stitch length and thread size are correct for each type of webbing.

Harnesses take a beating in our sport. When you send your wing for repair or inspection, send your harness along and get holes patched, seats reinforced and webbing repairs.

Riser failure can be disastrous. It is not recommended that you do your own repairs for several reasons:

1. overstitching can actually weaken fabric webbing

2. most pilots do not have access to the proper sized threads and webbing

3. webbing needs to be properly sealed with a hot knife when cut

Other riser modifications that can be performed:

1. repositioning of the brake toggles

2. replacing snaps with magnets on the toggles and risers
